Stephanie Carpenter started her career in Gainesville 6 years ago. Apprenticing under her brother Lonie, set her foundation for being the stylist that she is today. Stephanie believes she can bring out the natural beauty of anyone. Taking into consideration the guests career, personality and lifestyle Stephanie always refers to a complimentary consultation. She loves being creative as well as technical when it comes to creating beautiful hair. Stephanie continues to strive to educate herself with various cutting and coloring techniques. Karen is also Mode's skin care specialist; she has been trained extensively and is our certified Intaglio skin care specialist. Karen is one of Mode's most versatile stylist, from creating fantastic cuts, to restoring the glow to your skin, or truly polishing your look with one of her specialty manicure or pedicures. Danny McKibbin is one of Mode's Salon and Spa owner and General manager. Although, not a stylist Danny strives to insure each guest gets the utmost attention and care. From booking appointments, ordering inventory and maintaining an ethical zero impact business Mode relies on Danny. He has always wanted to own and operate a retail and service business. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and owns and operates three other businesses in the central Florida area. It is his goal to provide the residents of Gainesville a truly unique and upscale salon and spa experience. |

Alyssa Inman is now one of Mode's exclusive stylists. She is also know as the Updo Queen. Alyssa specializes in precision cutting and with her artistic vision and impeccable attention to detail enjoys working with clients to come up with styles individualized to their needs. A master of her craft, she keeps up with the latest techniques and hair trends as they appear on the fashion scene. She is constantly working on her own innovative techniques always pushing the boundaries of hair. Sarah is Mode's makeup artist and hair stylist. She is very particular to understand and achieve her guests' needs and desires through a detailed consultation. She also considers the style and personality of each guest when coming up with the perfect style to suit them. Through progressive techniques she strives to give each guest a modern look, whether their style is daring and fashion-forward or more subtle and natural.
