Stephanie Carpenter started her career path in Gainesville 11 years ago. With a strong foundation in place she strives for excellence. Being an entrepreneur she has added photography to her skills that she practices and sharpens with each experience. Connecting color, art, light and shape in both hairstyling and photography, gives her two creative perspectives that she combines in and out of the salon. Stephanie is inspired by everything around,her passion for the industry shows through her art. She loves being creative as well as technical when it comes to creating beautiful hair.

Stephanie continues to strive to educate herself and those around her by keeping an open mind. Following her dream to be a salon owner and grow as a respected stylist in her community, she strives to retain strong relationships with her clientele. Stephanie challenges herself by interpreting what the client requests and at the same time giving a unique result. Her passion for her craft is expressed through her original style.

Mary's love of the spa/salon industry began over 15 years ago. She is a proud graduate of the University of Florida with a major in Sociology & Business. She is also a licensed Nail Specialist, Esthetician and Massage Therapist and owns Spa Royale Day Spa here in town. "I am a firm believer in continuing education and always strive to continually raise the bar in the spa/salon industry." Danny McKibbin is one of Mode's Salon and Spa owner and General manager. Although, not a stylist Danny strives to insure each guest gets the utmost attention and care. From booking appointments, ordering inventory and maintaining an ethical zero impact business Mode relies on Danny. He has always wanted to own and operate a retail and service business. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and owns and operates three other businesses in the central Florida area. It is his goal to provide the residents of Gainesville a truly unique and upscale salon and spa.

Lonie started his career 14 years ago and has grown to be Gainesville's premier stylist. Lonie's passion for the industry pushes his creativity further, giving him an amazing momentum. Lonie is a student for life and is always learning. His forward thinking helps him connects innovative colors to his fabulous cuts. His thirst for knowledge and growth drives him to seek the most exclusive products and education in the industry.

Christina is available at Mode East Wednesday's and Friday's and Mode West Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Over the past 10 years Christina has spent her time polishing her trade in the art of hair.  Her childhood and early hair education took place in Florida.  Her love and passion for the art of styling hair eventually led her to New York City.  For two years Christina worked as a stylist and Aveda Color Educator in the city, affording her the opportunity to grow and develop her eye for perfecting hair color. Her time in New York laid a foundation based in creativity that is evident in her work today. 

A true "girly girl", Nicole Schaub McIntosh has been experimenting with the latest trends in hair and makeup since a young age. Nicole's natural ability for hairstyling allows her to give each guest the right look for his or her personality, while making them comfortable and at ease. Nicole's belief that "once you stop learning, you stop growing", inspires her to make sure continuing education and knowledge are her top priority. Nicole has worked professionally as a stylist for five years and trained under a top colorist in Atlanta prior to returning to her home town Gainesville, Florida three years ago. She specializes in hair cutting , creative color, and hair extensions. Nicole's inspiration from her fellow team members at Mode Salon and her guests in the chair have allowed her to be the passionate and creative stylist she is today.

Shama started her career as a Massage Therapist at a Chiropractic clinic and then went on to broaden her practice by working at various spas in Florida. She specializes in tailoring to your specific needs and has a intuitive and caring touch. As an Esthetician she is able to provide a complete spa experience to her clients. From waxing, to facials, to massage, her passion and love for her work shows in both the way you feel and look when you experience her treatments. To make you feel beautiful inside and out is her goal with each and every guest.
